Has it ever happened with you that, someone you embraced like a role model has fallen from grace. You do not understand why and how that happened....Well that has happeded with me as well and for more than once now,....what i understand from my observations in such a situation is that there are some basic qualities a Leader should have to pave the path ahead...of course without that as well people can fake for years together but for you to identify a leader or role model leader please check for some fundamental qualities. Ture leaders are innocent people, Integrity is there hall mark and theri intentions speak louder than their actions or words. You should have the right pair of ears to listen to them in time.
